Stunning setting, picturesque gardens, historic venue for weddings

Poor sound insulation led to disrupted sleep, and outdated furnishings in the room detracted from the experience. Limited information about amenities made for a lackluster stay!!! The check-out process was a bit too complicated for my liking!!!

great stay but rooms need a refresh

Our room was very comfortable and offered a peaceful retreat during our stay. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially towards our dogs, making us feel welcome.

Rooms could use a refresh to match the hotel's overall charm.

The nearby battlefield falconry centre, just almost 2 km away, offered such a peaceful and enjoyable experience, and I absolutely loved taking leisurely walks in the beautiful surroundings of the hotel, feeling embraced by nature. The staff are super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant for a solo traveler like me, but the entrance area could really use some TLC to improve the first impression.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the nearby Shrewsbury Club, enjoyed the gym and sauna, and took in some local game shooting. The room was comfy, and the staff were super...  

We had a lovely one-night stay and really enjoyed the cozy beds and the clean shower. The massage services were a great way to unwind after a long day, and the garden area was a perfect spot to relax. The only downside was the breakfast not being included, but overall we had a fantastic time! 🛌

the hotel is set in a realy nice area with beautiful gardens. the staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. the room was clean and had a comfy bed, lots of hot water, and nice...  

The beautiful and peaceful location stands out, offering fresh air and gorgeous views along with wonderfully tended gardens to relax in. the room was disappointingly small, making tasks like preparing a cup of tea quite challenging due to lack of space. Cleanliness also needs improvement, as cobwebs were present in the window frames and the shower screen leaked. Despite these shortcomings, the breakfast provided was truly first class.

The stunning Tudor architecture and beautiful gardens created a magical atmosphere for our special day.

We had a lovely stay! The shepherd's pie room service was delicious, and the ambience of the bar added to the experience perfectly. Can't wait to return!

Perfect for a special occasion!

We had our wedding here and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and took care of everything, even the little details we didn't notice. The food was delicious, and we felt like VIPs with everyone knowing our names by the end. Just wish the rooms were a bit more updated since they felt a tad tired.

I truly appreciated the beautiful Tudor architecture and serene gardens that created such a charming atmosphere. The accessible areas made it easy for me to navigate, enhancing my overall stay at the Albright Hussey Manor....  

Perfect for a little escape, but pricey

The room was spacious yet so cosy on a cold winters night. The staff were welcoming especially this lovely lady at reception, offered to show us around some of the oldest parts of the building.
